Peppers, Peppers Everywhere!

Peppers are popping up everywhere, it seems.
Red, yellow, green and gold–delicious addition to so many dishes.
Grilling peppers is my favorite way to cook them.
I have a big question–how do you identify the hot peppers from not-so-hot?
I have a small basketful brimming with peppery delights,
but I am unsure which ones are hot. If anyone knows the secret, please comment.
