For the memory of John Lennon

Music plays a huge role in my life, from childhood to now.
When I was a child, The Beatles shook up the North American world when they appeared on the Sunday night family show of Ed Sullivan.
Mopheads or not, as my Dad referred to them, The Beatles edged their way into big cities, small towns and rural communities. Their music resonated with the baby boomer generation in a way that was unprecedented.
Even, after this quartet went their separate ways, each musician left his mark on music.
John Lennon left his impact on so many, following his untimely death.
Today, on his birthday, I would like to link readers to my other blog where I have published an original poem in his memory:
Peace to all on this weekend celebrating Thanksgiving in Canada!

  1. Yes … what an impact those “boys” made, eh?
You have a fun, family-filled Thanksgiving, neighbor! May God bless you and yours with love, peace, and good health!
