Winter is happening in waves this year.

Last week it was snowing while today the grass is looking green and temperature has risen.

On days like this, it is wonderful to go for a walk. You never know what will be out there! Wrote a small poem after today’s walk–a small stone poem even thought the January challenge has ended.

February 2–Not a groundhog in sight!

I found a sprig of spruce today

Green and prickly

With scent so refreshing

Now tucked in my journal

to inspire on another

February day.

Have a great weekend!
