Well, it doesn’t take much snow to change the look of things, as this beautiful maple will attest.

Still, a few more days until winter officially starts but it is beginning to look a lot like the season. Today, after a few milder days, there is a definite drop in the temperature, another clue to the oncoming Winter.

In keeping with the theme, I received some good news–two of my haiku poems about winter have been accepted for publication! Exciting!

    i like maple trees a lot. and when it happens, there is something magical about trees lined with snow. i like that too. aloha.
