MAY DAYS ARE HERE!

It’s beginning to look a  lot like — Spring!!!

2014 CHIVES!
2014 CHIVES!

Flowers are bursting forth in gardens everywhere to the tunes of purple, yellow, red, pink. Even the green chives are a delight to see.

After a harsh winter and April, these colour pops are a cheery sight.

Still working on the poetry part of life and happy to share that one of my haiku poems and a related photo are posted now at http://rhymesandtimesremembered.blogspot.ca/2014/05/haiku-on-spring-flowers-by-patricia.html .

Exciting was the word to describe the NHL Stanley Cup playoff game between Montreal and Boston. It was a tense game but came to a happy ending, in overtime, when P.K. Subban scored the winning goal. Great team effort throughout the game with amazing work in the net by Carey Price.

Well, I am off to do some errands now, before the next rainfall. Have a great weekend!

Go Habs!
