EARTH DAY 1991 REVISITED!

Happy Earth day, All!

This special annual celebration day lands right in the heart of National Poetry Month so I thought that I would share a poem that I wrote — in 1991!!! 🙂

This poem was filed with a few other bits of writing that I did when children were very young. Now that they are well into their 20s, it was fun to look back and see that Earth Day was a focus of awareness then, as it is today. Have a great one!

  1. Patricia, thank you for participating in the challenge. I like your look back through the years and the very real lessons you taught your children. That has to be deeply satisfying,

    1. Thanks for the challenge! It was neat to find my poem of years ago. I think I typed it on a typewriter or a very early word processing program from the looks of the font. Our grown children & their peers are quite into the environment, so I am hopeful for the future of our planet. 🙂
