Yellow! The theme is so well-timed in this season of celebration. In many cultures, the light from candles is used to mark the holy days and holidays.
At this time of year, as the days have been shorter, I treasure the moments of light that we see in the daytime and the lights that we see in our homes with the flick of a switch.
Along with light and celebration, yellow also speak to me of the warmer seasons when day lilies transform the boulevards and gardens.
Enjoy the lights of all colours, including yellow, as we brighten these darkest days of the year! 🙂
